© V Starr | In homage to the uncompromising Mexican painter, Frida Kahlo, this striking upholstery textile is composed of “brushstrokes” of black and white twisted yarns floating along solid grounds. Part of The Muse Collection by V Starr—Venus Williams’ interior design firm—the pattern reads as a dimensional texture that embodies motion. The polyester/acrylic/nylon blend was tested to 100,000 double-rubs and is finished with a fluorine free stain-resistant treatment. Nine colorways include muted shades of “Blush”, golden “Lionus”, and “Junipher”, along with neutrals ranging from “Alabasther” to ebony “Panther”. The “us” and “her” in the color names signify solidarity among women.
