Hedera is part of the "Out of the Archive" collection. This wallcovering is digitally printed and available for color, scale, and substrate customization. This whimsical leaf design is at once decorative and geometric. By removing the oilcloth texture and harvest gold and tan coloring of its predecessor, which situated it squarely in the 1950s, WG Design Studio freshened its appearance. A smooth ground, more defined leaf shapes and linework, and a larger scale make for a simpler design with a modern, graphic appeal. The playful movement with its twists and turns expresses the meaning of the pattern’s name, Hedera, which is more commonly known as “ivy.”
