© Boym Partners | Inspired by the intricate wood-block printing often used for sari textiles, Jaipur invokes the artisan crafts of India and the mysticism of Hindu imagery. Look carefully and you will be able to spot deities, elephants, and other exotic creatures that Constantin and Laurene Boym have interwoven in the pattern of shimmering “rivets,” designed for "Recollections." Warm neutral backgrounds, a vibrant vermilion, and golden saffron are printed with a silken texture enhanced by a silk emboss, and peppered with metallic dots of silver, gold, and copper.
