Lattice is part of the "Out of the Archive" collection. This wallcovering is digitally printed and available for color, scale, and substrate customization. Adapted from a classic trellis wallpaper, this quintessential pattern can be traced back to the 12th century. Decorative screens based on Islamic geometric designs were originally used to shade interiors from harsh sun rays. In the 1860’s, British designer William Morris, well known for his Arts and Crafts-style wallpaper designs, incorporated a trellis into the first wallpaper he created for the company he founded.
In Lattice, the traditionally solid linework is divided into fine lines, giving an airy feeling and a sense of movement as your eye follows throughout the composition. In addition to the three standard colorways, customization is available for a low minimum order through [email protected].
